WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer shipping within the contiguous United States.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PLANT?

We process orders within 1 -2 business days.

Once your plant is packed and ready to ship, you can expect delivery within 3 - 7 business days.

DOES IT COME WITH A POT?

All of our plants come with an attached black plastic pot that includes either a textured 'soil', moss or faux stones.

Select plants, like our Duo Plants all come with their pictured decorative pots.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

At Good News Plants, we don't like bad news, but hey, life happens. If for any reason your plant arrives damaged - contact us within 24hrs and we are more happy to help.
